ContextMesh AI was building a partner ecosystem around a technically complex product. The problem with ecosystems is that everyone plays a different role and reads the product differently, and without a shared understanding of where value is actually created, partners stall.
TaskTurn a dense technical and commercial system into a playbook partners could actually follow, without dumbing it down.
The challenge wasn't writing, it was sequencing. I mapped how the ecosystem really works, who does what, where money and value change hands, then rebuilt it as a logical progression a partner could move through without prior context. Plain language over jargon, structure over volume, so the document explains itself.
