Context
A new generation of Moscow Metro cars was introduced with updated design and functional improvements. The project required communicating these changes in a way that felt human, not technical.
Task
Develop a script and visual structure that could express the product’s functional and design upgrades through everyday moments, without resorting to technical exposition.
Revealing function and design through everyday use.
Rather than listing features, the narrative was built around real interactions and observations inside the metro — using small human moments to naturally reveal comfort, flow, and usability. Design elements emerged through movement, spatial rhythm, and lived experience.
